Both through Slowness and through their independent consultancy Salt, Valeri and Levan engaged in high-profile advisory projects in New York, namely collaborated with renowned hotelier Andre Balazs, applying their expertise in planning and pre-opening strategies, and working with Gabriel Katz on Pocketbook, an ambitious hospitality project set in an immense landmarked brickworks in Hudson, opening summer 2025.
